The name MINETANI combines “MI,” from founder and designer Youngmi Ahn’s name, with “TANI,” an old Korean word meaning adornment or ornament.

Together, it embodies the meaning of “Youngmi Ahn’s adornments” and reflects the value of jewelry as a form of beauty and self-expression.
